Went to drop off my car and they apparently decided to leave work a half hour early.
The person behind the kiosk counter was gone for more than an hour and knew we were coming at that specific time. There were two other people getting vehicles already waiting beforehand.
The woman is never here she is constantly coming and going I've been sitting here for 30 minutes but people next to me have been here for an hour and a half and haven't seen her yet
Absolutely the worst customer service I've dealt with! There's only one representative. I went in on a Monday to get my receipt. I came during lunch time and she wasn't there. So I came in around 3:30pm where I waited for an hour and 15 minutes for Monica (she wasn't there again). Then she stated she couldn't give me a receipt and I would have to get the receipt from the original place I rented my vehicle from. In addition, 5pm rolled around and she was gone even though I was on the phone with enterprise in order for her to help me get my receipt. I had a reservation with this location 2 weeks from that Monday I went in and after dealing with that mess, I cancelled it! She was very unprofessional and was not helpful AT ALL! If she was just as attentive to her customers as she is to her phone, Enterprise would not be receiving this negative review. Never again.
Was the biggest hassle ever while trying to get a vehicle. TDY here and tried to get a vehicle to go visit family about 4 hours away. People hardly ever at the stand in bx area and when there was someone there took forever per person they were dealing with. So decided to call one time they were closed when suppose to be open and person told me I was good to pick up 730 am on the Friday i was leaving. I get up go on Friday and they weren't opening until 9am. So i called back and was given a number to call for someone to come get me and to through another Enterprise and they were also closed. So good luck dealing with this location, Ill choose a different rent-a-car place next time.
